The coaching provided the opportunity and stimulus to reflect on performance and the gaps to be addressed. The approach was mainly of challenge, however this did provide stimulus for reflection and clarity of what performance gaps there are to address. I now hold myself and others to account more frequently. I am also now more aware of the need and process to provide effective feedback and coaching in a constructive manner. I believe I now deliver a more effective output from the actions I undertake.
