Organisational Diagnostics
If you want to understand attitude or attitude change within your organisation, short, focused surveys may be the best solution for you. Questionnaire development is surprisingly complex and time consuming but we can offer you ready designed surveys which enable you to investigate the topical situations your organisation wants to assess and address. We can, of course tailor these to suit your organisation or develop bespoke surveys from scratch.
- Employee Engagement: This assesses employees overall engagement with their jobs and with the organisation, the perceived value of their work, future career, work/life balance and interactions with management. It helps you to asses your staffs' commitment to both your organisation and its goals.
- Mission Alignment: This measures whether your organisations stated mission, vision and values are felt, embraced and practiced at all levels. It can help you assess and address any gaps employees may see between stated mission and actual practice.
- Organisational Communication: This looks at four sources of information flow: the immediate manager, management in general; other work units and immediate co-workers. You can use this survey if you detect a breakdown in information flow in any of these four paths of communication.
- Change Management: This helps reveal employees beliefs about your organisations ability to succeed with a change effort. It gauges perceived flexibility and support for change initiatives and can help you design communication and other programmes to increase the acceptance of change.
- Individual Management: This focuses on the employees immediate manager. When there is neutral to strong disagreement on this survey, staff turnover is likely to be an issue. This survey provides a way to diagnose key elements of the staff/manager relationship, which are often at the heart of workplace problems.
- Management: This looks at respondents feelings about management in general rather than their immediate manager. If employees are complaining that they don’t understand the direction that the organisation is taking this survey can help reveal the nature of any senior management credibility problem.
360o Leadership Skills Diagnostics
We can work with you, using new or existing competency frameworks to identify potential gaps in your leadership practices. Most 360o instruments measure only effectiveness in current leadership practice but we can also help you measure their perceived importance. This means that you will be able to see both your leadership strengths and weaknesses AND how important these are viewed to be by both your leaders and employees, again allowing you to effectively target any leadership interventions.
Leadership Personality Diagnostics
Everyone has their own individual leadership personality, which gives them both strengths and potential weaknesses. A knowledge of these allows leaders to hone and develop their own, authentic style. We can help you assess to identify the main competence areas you need to develop both yourself and your business. At 3D Leadership we have extensive knowledge and experience in a number of management and executive psychometric tools to help you understand and develop your leadership skills in areas such as problem solving, strategic thinking, decision making, influencing, communicating and task approach.
