Assessing Leadership Skills
We use both existing and new competency measures to assess particular skills within your current leadership practice. At 3D Leadership we use 360° competency instruments that measure both the effectiveness AND the perceived importance of current leadership practices throughout the organisation, which again allows you to target leadership interventions effectively.
Assessing Leadership Personality
A full understanding of an individual's own 'Leadership Personality' allows them to fully develop their 'Leadership Potential'. At 3D Leadership we have extensive experience in using a number of management and executive assessment instruments to help leaders gain this insight.
