At 3D Leadership we believe in leadership development that enables individuals to make the sustainable changes that help drive their business.

Training can often achieve this but research shows a combination of both training and one-to-one coaching increases skills transfer almost three-fold. Therefore 3D Leadership frequently combine these two approaches, using a range of validated coaching tools and methodologies. In addition, when we undertake our one-to-one coaching contracts we do so adhering fully to the standards of practice as laid out by the UK's leading professional coaching organisation, the Association for Coaching.

We provide both bespoke in-house training workshops and ILM endorsed training workshops.
