The 3D Leadership Consultancy was established simply to help organisations undertake Leadership Development that makes a positive and demonstrable difference to their business.

Toni Clarkson, Chartered FCIPD

Toni Clarkson Chartered FCIPD, has over 20 years experience in industry, initially in a sales environment then in HR and Organisational Development, working at both operational and strategic levels. Her background spans high-tech and financial service sectors and then direct consultancy. She is a member of the Association for Coaching and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Toni has a great deal of experience in using psychometrics in her work and is qualified in a number of instruments, including MBTI, FIRO-B and 16pf.

Tony Fusco CPsychol

Tony Fusco CPsychol, is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with a background in corporate sales with Sharp Electronics and Canon UK. He is a Member of the British Psychological Society and the Association for Coaching and specialises in Management & Executive Development that helps organisations and individuals attain pragmatic, tangible results.

3D Leadership are committed to bringing the latest in thought and practice to the coaching work we do with our clients. We value both established, evidenced-based practice as well as progress and innovation. This is a challenging standard we have set ourselves, and to ensure we achieve it both of the partners at 3D are active researchers as well as coaching practitioners. As part of her Masters Degree in Coaching Psychology, Toni is conducting research into how a coaching management style impacts a business' bottom line. And as part of a Psychology Doctorate, Tony is conducting research into the effectiveness of Cognitive Behavioural Coaching on leadership and goal attainment. We are also both members of the British Psychological Society's - Special Group in Coaching Psychology.
