Toni Clarkson • Chartered FCIPD

Toni Clarkson has over 20 years experience in industry, initially in a sales environment then in HR and Organisational Development. She worked at both operational and strategic levels in roles that span high-tech and financial service sectors before moving into direct consultancy. She is a member of the British Psychological Society's – Special Group in Coaching Psychology and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Tony Fusco • CPsychol

Tony Fusco is a Chartered Psychologist and a Member of the British Psychological Society. He also had a background in corporate sales with Sharp Electronics and Canon UK before moving into direct consultancy. He specialises in Leadership Development and helps Managers and Executives attain optimum levels of performance in their roles.

3D Leadership are committed to bringing the latest in thought and practice to the coaching work we do with our clients. We value both established, evidenced-based practice as well as progress and innovation. This is a challenging standard we have set ourselves, and to ensure we achieve it both of the partners at 3D are active researchers as well as coaching practitioners. As part of her Masters Degree in Coaching Psychology, Toni is conducting research into how a coaching management style impacts a business' bottom line. And as part of a Psychology Doctorate, Tony is conducting research into Authentic Leadership and how leaders develop their sense of leadership identity and purpose.
