Who We Are

The 3D Leadership Consultancy was set up by us, Tony Fusco and Toni Clarkson, because we were frustrated by the lack of commercially focussed development that demonstrably impacted on business results. We both wanted to work with organisations to help them make a real difference to their Leadership capability and so the 3D Leadership Consultancy was born.

Toni Clarkson, Chartered FCIPD

Toni has over 20 years experience in industry, initially in a sales environment, then 15 years in HR and Organisational Development, working at operational and strategic levels. Her background spans the high-tech and financial services sectors as well as the consultancy arena. The last 6 years have been spent in direct consultancy. She is a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. In addition to Chartered FCIPD status, Toni is qualified to both level A and B psychometric testing. She has a great deal of experience in a number of instruments, including MBTI, FIRO-B and 16pf.

Tony Fusco CPsychol

Tony is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist who specialises in Executive and Management Development. He has a background in corporate sales and has held senior sales positions within Sharp Electronics and Canon UK. He is a Full Member of the British Psychological Society and Founder Member of the Association for Coaching and the Association of Business Psychologists. Tony delivers senior level coaching and training aimed at helping clients develop leadership and organisational effectiveness. He has worked extensively with many blue chip organisations and uses his knowledge of behavioural and organisational psychology to help managers and executives attain pragmatic, tangible results.
