So what is coaching?
Coaching is a strategic intervention we use with clients at an individual, leadership and team level. Our aim is to accelerate our client’s progress towards their goals by providing a structure and focus that helps them to think deeply about their situations and their goals and identify their own ideas and answers. In this respect we act as catalysts and guides in our client’s journey of discovery and achievement. We don’t necessarily provide answers but essentially ask questions and our skill lies in asking the right questions at the right time and in the right way. We partner our clients in a thought provoking and creative way that engages them in a systematic approach to personal excellence.
