3D Leadership was set up in 2007 by Tony Fusco and Toni Clarkson. Since then we’ve worked with dozens of organisations and some of their key individuals including Board members and middle and senior management. We both have business backgrounds and before establishing 3D worked independently as coaches for many years. See below for more information about each of us.




Dr Tony Fusco
CPsychol AFBPsS

I am a Chartered Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society. I have a background in business and have been coaching leaders for the last fifteen years, co-founding 3D Leadership in 2007. Since then we’ve been working with our clients coaching their key individuals, leaders and teams. My particular interest is Leadership Psychology and for a Doctorate in Coaching Psychology at London’s City University I developed our group-coaching approach to Authentic Leadership Development which you can read about on the ALD page. This is a unique and truly transformative learning experience that helps create deep and enduring change. Importantly, it is also evidence-based with research results regulary published in the coaching journals of the British Psychological Society. A Routledge book is due to follow in late 2017 titled - 'An Evidenced-Based Approach to Authentic Leadership Development'.

Toni Clarkson

I’m a Coaching Psychologist and a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. My background includes senior management within business and strategic leadership of teams and functions, so I appreciate and understand the challenges faced by businesses and their people. Whilst I am passionate about the need for all forms of development to aid business growth and success, I am especially passionate about coaching and its impact on both individual success and organisational success. My Doctoral research at Oxford focuses on identifying the effect that coaching has on hard measures of organisational performance, as it’s critical we are able to make a difference. However, I am not all about the ‘hard measures’ - my coaching style has been described as warm, direct and supportively challenging!
