Define

The first stage of organisational group coaching defines what team excellence looks like. What performance is required to achieve significant team results. What capacities already exist and what more is needed to achieve team excellence.

Develop

The second stage focuses on the development of the teams capabilities. Coaching here focusses on developing the cohesion and functioning that will increase team effectiveness and enable the team to achieve its targeted levels of excellence.

Deliver

The final stage focusses on output and delivery. It tackles the barriers to effective team delivery and identifies the effective strategies required to ensure successful delivery of organisational and team excellence.
