Authentic Leadership Development
Our experience has taught us that the higher you take coaching up an organisation, the deeper it goes. It seems to concern itself less with issues that centre around the team and more with issues that centre around the self - issues such as values, beliefs, personal orientation and leadership meaning.

Based on our combined experience and research interests, the partners at 3D have developed the 3D:iD Authentic Leadership Coaching Programme. The aim of this development programme is to enable leaders to explore the deeper issues that inform and guide their leadership. It is an intensive person-centred experience that can be run in an individual or group coaching format.
