“With regards excellence, it is not enough to know it, we must use it”  Aristotle

Individual coaching builds on a person’s unique and individual skills, helping them to find more effective ways to sculpt their own personal style to improve impact and performance. Our approach to individual coaching is aimed at developing personal excellence along a broad range of areas and skills including:

  • Being more productive and working smarter
  • Communicating with more clarity
  • Behaving with more self-confidence
  • Managing conflict more effectively
  • Improved management relationships
  • Becoming better at giving and receiving feedback
  • Developing greater resilience to pressure
  • Improved time management
  • Building stronger colleague relationships
  • Ajusting quickly to new roles
  • Developing longer term career plans

The first stage of the individual coaching process is defining what excellence looks like. What results are required to achieve change and success. What capacities already exist in the individual, and what skills and qualities need to be developed to achieve excellence.

The second stage focuses on the development of these individual skills and qualities qualities. The coaching here focusses on the development of those capabilities that will help achieve excellence within the targeted area.

The final stage focusses on delivery. It tackles barriers to be removed and identifies effective strategies to ensure the successful delivery of personal excellence. The key here is constant and consistent delivery of the identified goals.
