Individual coaching builds on a person’s unique and individual skills, helping them to find more effective ways to sculpt their own personal style to improve impact and performance. Define

The first stage of the individual coaching process is defining what excellence looks like. What results are required to achieve change and success. What capacities already exist in the individual, and what skills and qualities need to be developed to achieve excellence.

Develop

The second stage focuses on the development of these individual skills and qualities qualities. The coaching here focusses on the development of those capabilities that will help achieve excellence within the targeted area.

Deliver

The final stage focusses on delivery. It tackles barriers to be removed and identifies effective strategies to ensure the successful delivery of personal excellence. The key here is constant and consistent delivery of the identified goals.
